Alison is an Associate Principal Human Factors Engineer at AstraZeneca, leading human factors activities on oncology and respiratory combination product programs. Previously at Takeda, she managed human factors activities for the development of combination products in rare diseases. Alison has 15 years of experience applying usability in safety-critical industries. Prior to her work in healthcare, Alison served as an Engineering Psychologist on aviation programs for the U.S. Department of Transportation. She holds a Master’s in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Northeastern University.
